Human Resources Guided by Catholic Values
The Office of Human Resources provides support to clergy, lay ministers, employees and volunteers serving in the Chancery, parishes, schools and other agencies within the Archdiocese of Atlanta.
Human Resources is responsible for developing, promoting and administering an archdiocesan-wide personnel program that includes employment compensation, benefits, staff training and the development of any related policies.
In addition to the recruitment and training of employees, we assist departments and locations with meeting staff goals, promoting equal opportunities, managing job performance and interpreting policy.
We also assist employees and supervisors in achieving harmony to promote effective work relationships that adhere to the values of a Catholic institution.
Please contact the Office of Human Resources with any questions or concerns.

Archdiocesan Hotline
The Archdiocese of Atlanta believes diligent enforcement of non-retaliation measures is vital to the success of the reporting process so employees can feel comfortable reporting problems without fear of reprisals. Employees are encouraged to report workplace concerns immediately to his/her supervisor, a manager or the Office of Human Resources at the Chancery.
Sensitive workplace matters may include, but are not limited to:
- Human Resources issues (harassment, workplace safety, misconduct, etc.)
- Accounting or audit-related issues at parishes and schools (financial mishandling, fraud, misappropriation, etc.)
To report sensitive workplace concerns, please call the Archdiocesan Hotline number (managed by a third party) at 1-888-437-0764. This number was previously used to report allegations of abuse.
The Archdiocesan Hotline number does not affect the process for reporting allegations of abuse. Please visit the report abuse webpage on the archdiocesan website for appropriate numbers and instructions.
