We are writing to share that, effective Friday, May 1, First Advantage will be implementing a price increase of three percent. This adjustment will be reflected on your June 2026 invoice.
We know that an increase is never welcome news. However, since our last price increase, First Advantage has absorbed considerable cost increases from our providers and suppliers due to overall market dynamics. Given these circumstances, we find it necessary to implement a price increase to maintain the seamless experiences and excellent customer support you expect from us.
