Petrine Privilege Application Form

If you wish to request the Petrine Privilege, please use the Ordinary Process Form. This will give us the information we need to see if a petition for nullity through the Ordinary Process might be another option. If it is, we usually recommend that path, because the process is normally completed quicker than a petition for the Petrine Privilege to the Metropolitan Tribunal.
