St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta seeks a part-time faith formation assistant to assist with operations of the faith formation office. Duties include maintaining office records; processing payments and budget tracking; assisting the youth ministry team with routine and special projects; compiling data for various events; maintaining attendance and registration records and assisting with fundraiser and donor relations. Qualified candidates are committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church with a strong, mission-oriented mindset; a high school diploma and some college attendance and experience/education in office administration, hospitality, accounting, fundraising, public relations or event planning. Duties include implementing an existing comprehensive formation curriculum based on the recommendations established by the Archdiocese of Atlanta and include catechetical, spiritual, service and social components; overseeing the Good Shepherd and Buen Pastor programs; coordinating the Finding Faith in Life Discover Bible program (FFL) and collaborating with the director of faith formation and volunteer coordinators on sacramental preparation retreats. Qualified candidates are committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church with a strong, mission-oriented mindset; a high school diploma and some college attendance and experience/education in religious education, Catholic schools, youth, college young adult or family ministry. St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church seeks a part-time family faith coordinator to work directly with parents as the primary faith leaders in the home and help families keep Christ at the center of family life. This position works closely with the family faith team to plan, implement and oversee Mass-centered family faith sessions for more than 200 families during the school year; coordinate session materials, take-home resources, volunteers and event logistics; recruit, train and support adult volunteers; foster a culture of servant leadership and volunteer engagement; gather feedback from families and volunteers to continually strengthen programming and serve as an advocate for elementary-aged families within the parish community. Additional duties include overseeing family-focused events such as Vacation Bible School and supporting seasonal parish programs and special events. Qualified candidates possess a strong understanding of Catholic family life and faith formation, excellent communication, organizational, leadership and relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with parents, volunteers and parish staff. Previous experience in parish ministry, catechetical leadership, family faith formation or volunteer management is preferred. Regular Sunday participation and flexibility to support parish events and seasonal programming are required. The Catholic Church of St. Ann seeks a full-time middle school/confirmation youth minister to plan, implement and oversee the parish’s EDGE and confirmation programs. This position works closely with the director of youth ministry to develop engaging faith-formation opportunities; lead weekly EDGE sessions; recruit and support Core Team volunteers; coordinate confirmation preparation and liturgies; and organize retreats, mission trips and social and service activities. Additional duties include building strong relationships with teens, parents, volunteers and parish staff while managing program communications, records, registrations, budgets and event logistics. Qualified candidates are active, practicing Catholics with strong communication, organizational, leadership and relationship-building skills; two to three years of catechetical ministry experience; collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, proficient with technology and able to manage multiple projects independently. A bachelor’s degree, previous experience in youth ministry or with Life Teen and EDGE programs is preferred. Frequent evening and weekend work is required. Must comply with all Safe Environment and VIRTUS requirements and pursue the appropriate archdiocesan certifications. Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School, conveniently located off I-85 in northeast Atlanta, is seeking After School Program (ASAP) staff for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 3-6 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. Staff can work 2-5 days per week.
