Villanova’s School of Business offers this 12-week course with sessions delivered twice per month via webinar (except November and December, when there is only one session) for clergy and lay leaders to increase their knowledge of Church management best practices.
The program covers many topics including courses on:
- Leadership
- Civil Law
- Financial Reporting
- HR and People Management
- Security and Facilities Management
For a full list of courses and the 2026-27 schedule, review the attachment. The 2026-27 program begins on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and ends on Sunday, April 11, 2027, when the final assignment is due.
Participants attend a 60-minute webinar each week and must complete a three-to-five-page reflection paper on each topic. Pre-webinar activities enhance the live webinar learning experience.
COST and Scholarship
Program cost ($989) is fully reimbursable for participants who complete the program and earn their certificate. RCAA Administrative Services will reimburse the cost of one person per parish/mission each year.
