Annual OLPH Auxiliary’s Fundraising Event to benefit the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Home, serving cancer patients who cannot afford care and need a safe and loving environment.
The annual brunch and silent auction on Saturday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at St. Peter Chanel Church, 11330 Woodstock Rd. Roswell, GA. Details are on website at www.olphaux.org.
We would deeply appreciate your parish’s assistance in making this a success by helping us in two ways:
- Please place the attached announcement in your parish bulletin for at least three weeks beginning the first week of March. This will help get the word out to individuals who may want to attend or donate.
- Please coordinate among the organizations in your parish a way for your parish to donate to OLPH, either through:
- Purchase of an ad in our event program
- Donation of at least two silent auction items (restaurant or business gift card, gift basket, etc.)
- Reservations, ads and donations can be made at www.olphaux.org or by mailing a check payable to OLPH Auxiliary and mail to the following address: OLPH HOME Auxiliary P.O. Box 420273 Atlanta GA. 30342
- Purchase of a table for 8 ($50 per person) during the event.
