We are excited to welcome Sr. Mary Diana Dreger, O.P., M.D., as our speaker for our Faith and Love Conference this year, on Saturday, February 28, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the parish hall, with an optional Mass in the Church at 8:30 a.m.
Sr. Mary Diana is a Dominican Sister of St. Cecilia (Nashville Dominicans) and is also a licensed physician. She serves in the infirmary of her community and is active in the Catholic Medical Association and other scholarly ventures. The topic for Sister Dreger’s presentation will be “Emotions: Ever Ancient, Ever New” and will focus on how our emotions, as understood through the lens of Thomistic psychology, impact marriage and family relationships.
