To better support parishes and schools in the event of cybersecurity incidents, we are requesting current information about your location’s IT service provider.
Cybersecurity incidents can range from minor issues—such as compromised email accounts—to more serious threats like ransomware attacks or data breaches. When such incidents occur, time is critical. Having immediate access to your IT service provider’s contact information will enable our team to:
- Coordinate quickly with your existing IT support to assess the situation
- Provide additional resources and expertise when needed
- Facilitate communication between multiple parties during incident response
This information will be maintained securely and used exclusively for technology support and cybersecurity incident response purposes.
Please complete the IT Service Provider Information form by Wednesday, April 1. The form takes approximately five minutes to complete and requests:
- Your location name and contact information
- IT service provider name and primary contact details
